1988 to November of 1998, I have been an active sole practitioner in all courts of Oregon and Texas including District Court, Juvenile Court, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of Oregon, United States District Court for the District of Oregon, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as Administrative forums in the Oregon Department of Business and Finance, Oregon Workers Compensation Hearings Division, Oregon Workers' Compensation Board, Social Security Hearings Division, and Social Security Appeals Council.
After working for other Nevada law firms for a number of years, in 2007, I became a sole practictioner appearing in the Courts of Nevada including District Courts, Justice Courts, Federal District Court, and the Nevada Supreme Court.
