Nancy A. Gilbert has practiced in many areas and
facets of construction defect litigation in the
State of Nevada on behalf of developers,
subcontractors, individual homeowners, and
homeowner associations. She has also represented
purchasers of new commercial construction as to
claims for defective construction. Her
construction defect experience has included
appeals to the Nevada Supreme Court on various
unresolved questions of law and statutory analysis
found in NRS Chapter 40 and/or NRS Chapter 116
